Batman Vs. Superman Movie Features All-New Batmobile Car

The new Zack Snyder directed Batman vs. Superman flick will feature an all new Batmobile, but this model is more related to a military tank than it is to previous versions of the Tumbler we are familiar with.

Some still shots leaked last week with images of the new Batmobile, and the new model certainly does not disappoint (although we will withhold judgement about the movie itself until its release in 2016). So what would this new model cost to build? Speculations say that a driveable model would land somewhere in the neighborhood of $3 million, but if this were to be created for actual military implementation, it would need several upgrades, like bulletproofing, for instance. A full scale, defense-ready version of the new Batmobile would run somewhere around the $9 million mark, and that doesn’t include any needed munitions.
Adam West Batmobile
CNBC observed that this model is a far cry from the original Adam West Batmobile, with that version costing around $15,000 to create. Versions in between those have run the gamut on style, price, and even their capabilities, but we imagine this new version will top them all when it comes to wowing audiences and demolishing the bad guys.
