Pair of Willys-Style Go-Kart Projects
These two go-karts were built to resemble the 1940s Willys-style military vehicles and were recently sold at auction for $1,750.
One of the carts is said to have originally been built in 1946 and the other in 2007. Both are finished in a dark green and feature wooden bodies with a white-painted hood star. They also both include faux headlights, front bumpers, a nine-slot front grille, flat front fenders, side grab handles, and a hinged hood.
The 2007 model also includes faux tail lights, a silver-finished rear ID plate, and a rear-mounted tire.
