2015 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 Unveiled At The Detroit Auto Show

This is our favorite time of year, when all the new car models are releasing and the hype is buzzing through the air, making everyone excited and anxious to see the specs on all the new classics.

It’s finally time for a fan favorite: the 2015 Chevrolet Corvette released last week at the Detroit Auto Show! Early information leaked about this new model, and let us in on its secret 620 horsepower and 650 pounds per square feet of torque.

Although specs weren’t supposed to release before the Detroit Auto Show next week, another story came through about the possible engine type, the rumored LT4 V8.

Well, the rumors were close, but they weren’t spot on. The Corvette Z06 model was supercharged with a 6.2L aluminum V8 which actually garners 625 hp, plus 635 lb-ft of torque.
